I'd like to try to explain to you just how competitive I am, so you have an idea of what to expect. In preparation for this league, I started doing 10 pushups a day about 2 weeks ago. I've also been doing lots of stretching, focusing mainly on the hamstrings. To heighten my instincts and reflexes, every morning I smear cat food all over my face and stare down my deceptively quick housecat until one of us gives up and falls asleep. I have also switched to an exclusive diet of only ginger ale and fiber-rich dry cereal in order to strengthen my insides for the tough road ahead.
